As part of diversification we ventured with M/S BIRLA YAMAHA in the year 1994. During the long association with the company we feel the  requirement of a good financer with good finance schemes and for that we started our own NBFC in the name of MGB Finlease Pvt.Ltd. Apart from financing our own customers we also finance the cases of all Birla Yamaha dealers in the Delhi  and with the support of our finance company Birla Yamaha gains good market share in Delhi market..
